Text message terms for Hooptopia^™ support

You start every conversation. We text a number only when its owner has:

• checked the “It's OK for Hooptopia^™ support to text me” box on the club intake form at hooptopia.app/get-started, or
• called or emailed Hooptopia^™ support and asked for a follow-up by text, or
• texted (844) 999-1969 first — a text to us is an opt-in to our reply.

Opting in is optional. Every Hooptopia^™ feature works without it, and no club is ever required to receive texts.

One-to-one replies from a real person on our support desk about the request you made: a scheduled call, a question about your registration form, a “we tried to reach you” note. Never marketing, never promotions, never anything you didn't ask about.

Example: “Hi Dana, this is Hooptopia^™ support. We tried to reach you about your registration form. Reply here or call us at 844-999-1969. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies with your request — usually a handful of messages while we work on it, then nothing. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number immediately. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing after it.
• Reply HELP for a message with our support email and phone number.
• Or email support@hooptopia.app, or call (844) 999-1969, and ask us to remove the number.

Hooptopia^™ does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or messaging consent with anyone — not advertisers, not other clubs, not “partners”. Your number is used to reply to you and for nothing else. See our privacy policy for the rest.
